***WARNING – THIS IS A RANT because it’s getting real ridiculous out here!***

Let me tell y’all something…

High value men do not marry pretty, obedient dummies.

I don’t know why y’all keep listening to these elementary school-level tips and tricks and thinking that will put you in partnership with a TRUE “high value man” (HVM), but it ain’t happenin. Don’t get me wrong, if you listen to those tips, they WILL work…TEMPORARILY. But you will have what is called BAD SUCCESS, where you get what you want but ruins you in the end. You’ll probably end up with a jerk with some money. If you play the pretty idiot game you gone get a couple of dollars in your youth and live the rest of your days in mediocrity at best and poverty at worst after you’ve aged out of the game.

Now, let’s talk about this silly ass advice y’all listening to that’s setting you up for misery and impoverishment.

-Don’t worry about a career, because a HVM doesn’t care about your career.

-Don’t worry about an education, because a HVM doesn’t care about your degrees or how smart you are.

What are you going to do when you’re not young and cute anymore? How can you sustain a quality of life for yourself, your children, and your grandchildren if you didn’t handle your business in internally developing YOU?

The average age that a woman becomes a widow is 59, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. FIFTY-NINE. The average life expectancy of an American woman is 81. EIGHTY-ONE. You cannot sit back and bet on your looks and flirtatious lines to keep you in a secured position. You need a marketable damn skill set, ladies.

What does this mean? It means that YOUR LIFE DECISIONS SHOULD NOT BE BASED UPON WHETHER YOU CAN GET A MAN. If YOU want to have an amazing life, you must cultivate YOURSELF and have the ability to give YOURSELF that amazing life, and THEN you partner with a HVM as a HVW and YOU INCREASE ONE ANOTHER IN AN EXPONENTIAL WAY THAT YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO IF YOU WERE FUNCTIONING AS TWO SEPARATE INDIVIDUALS.

Now, onto the news.

“Benjamin Rothschild just passed this month, and his wife is managing everything and has been since his health took a downturn. “In recent years, as his health suffered, his wife took over management of their banking empire as well as the wine and hospitality holdings and the family’s considerable philanthropy.”

Ooooooooooh!!! So, Benjamin married a woman, Ariane, that was educated and had a great career before they got married???I thought high value men didn't want a woman who was too career driven or educated?

“EDUCATION: Ariane de Rothschild studied at Sciences Po in Paris and holds an MBA in financial management from Pace University in New York where she studied from 1988 to 1990.

CAREER: While studying at Pace, Ariane de Rothschild was a broker at Société Générale in New York City. After graduating in 1990, she joined AIG’s New York offices, and relocated to AIG’s trading floor in Paris the same year. She met Benjamin de Rothschild, a client of AIG, in 1993.

After marrying Benjamin de Rothschild in 1999, Ariane de Rothschild joined the family business by TAKING ON THE MANAGEMENT OF THE GROUP'S LIFESTYLE ASSETS (wineries, farms, hotels, restaurants). In 2006, she joined the supervisory board of LCF Edmond de Rothschild. In 2008, she was appointed a board member of the group, and vice-president in 2009. She focused her agenda on environmental and social impact investment, and on restructuring the company's scattered assets and subsidiaries. In 2010, La Compagnie Financière Edmond-de-Rothschild (LCF) changed its name to Edmond de Rothschild Group. In 2014, all of the group's financial and non-financial assets were reorganized within the group's structure.”

Now, this man just dropped dead of a heart attack at 57. The wife was ALREADY intellectually, professionally, and financially competent enough to start restructuring and managing the family assets when his health took a turn for the worse.

Do you think if she was some passive little princess that he would have married her? NO! A HVM knows that he needs a woman with the presence of mind, strong business acumen, and emotional intelligence to handle his estate and his legacy (they have 4 children) and not bring his fortune to ruin or fall prey to some smooth talking man because she doesn’t know what to do and has succumbed to learned helplessness as a woman.

Ladies, you HAVE to get your head in the game. You NEED a strategy. You need life skills. You must cultivate yourself into a MATRIARCH, even if you don’t have children.

Don’t just think about what you want today while you’re young. Think about the woman you want to be in the later seasons of your life.

Give yourself a chance at a good life, for the REST of your life.

She who has ears let her hear.
